EXPLORING THE COVENANT OF FINANCIAL PROSPERITY - PART ONE(1)

To every remarkable thing in life there is a way. Way connotes how to get things done. Today our world is looking for ways out of its predicaments and whoever knows the way commands its attention. This makes knowing the way very crucial as this is only way by which prophecy of multitudes flowing into the church will become a reality.

The ways you know determines the acts that you will command. God’s covenant is the gateway to financial dominion. One thing that cannot fail is the covenant (Ps. 89:34; Jer. 33:20, 21). It makes the beneficiary immune to the heart scorching the earth during this end time. The covenant distinguishes us in times of hardship, increases us on every side and empowers us for financial dominion.

But we must understand that God ‘s covenant of financial dominion is not hinged on our work, career, business or profession; while all these have the potential to make one rich, only God’s covenant can get you blessed.

BUT WHAT IS A COVENANT?

In simple modern term, a covenant is an agreement between God and man. It is important to know that God’s covenant is based on provision and conditions. If you must take delivery of His provisions, then you must be willing to respond to His conditions. The Ten Commandments which God gave to Moses on the mountain represents His provision and conditions (Deut. 28:1, 2).

It is God’s desire to bless us but there conditions which we must fulfill in order to take delivery of the blessings. If you do as He has instructed, He will do as He has promised, so while you claim the promises, also obey the instructions. Compliance to instruction qualifies you for claiming the promises (Ex.23:25, 26)

It cannot be over emphasized that the Covenant of financial dominion thrives on the law of Giving and Receiving but it requires grace to give. Grace makes one willing and ready to communicate and distribute selflessly (1 Tim. 6; 17, 18). Furthermore, your ability to give determines your ability to receive; no matter how much you pay, if you are not a giver, you will end as a pauper and the earlier you cultivate the habit of giving, the faster your journey to prosperity. Don’t wait until you have much before you give. Practice giving when you have small and you will get used to giving when it gets much.

YOU ARE BLESSED TO BE A BLESSING.

God blesses us primarily so that we can become a blessing to our world. You don’t know how much you can be blessed until you being to give. God has blessed you so that you can become a blessing to your world. Ironically, what you keep will only make you poorer but what you give enriches you; you are not blessed by accumulation but by distribution.
